You have a 30 day period to return the scooter for any reason, even if it has been ridden. Contact us for a return shipping label.
If you encounter any issues after this time, please see our warranty policy and reach out to us for support. We will also need the serial number of your scooter (located at the bottom or on the box), the mileage, and any information that you think could help us. We also appreciate a video or a picture showing the problem.
Please note that Custom Model One scooters cannot be returned. However, if you're experiencing any issues with your scooter we'll be happy to assist!
