As long as your order has not shipped, go ahead and send us an email at email@example.com. Just keep in mind that our scooters are allocated quickly and if you need to make any changes to our order, please contact us as soon as possible. Also, don't worry if your scooter has already been shipped since you have 30 days to return it or you could always re-order.
It would help if you include the phrase "address change" or "color change" in the subject line, along with your order number. We will update it as soon as possible!
Please note that colors for Custom Model One scooters cannot be changed once the order has been placed.
