Unagi All Access: How long will it take to get a replacement scooter?
We’ve got you covered. Let us know and we’ll ship you a replacement right away. Once you get it, send us the old scooter back in the same box. There’s no fee for this except in the case of severe damage caused deliberately or by gross negligence, in which case an $85 USD replacement fee will apply. For simple maintenance issues, we might be able to offer you a faster resolution by sending you a part and instructions to repair your scooter.

If you contact us before 6 PM PST (9 PM EST) we will get back to you within 24 hours.
