While subscriptions can be canceled at any time, we do not offer refunds for any reason. Your payments are made at the beginning of each billing period and we do not offer partial refunds for unused time. To gain the most value you can wait until near the end of your billing period to return your scooter when you wish to cancel.
The $50 setup fee is non-refundable because it covers the logistics costs of shipping your scooter.
If you paid a security deposit when you signed up, that will be fully refunded after you return your scooter.
If you change your mind after setting up an All-Access subscription, please let us know immediately. We will do our best to stop your order from shipping but there are many factors at play. If the scooter has already been shipped, we will not offer refunds. We recommend trying out the scooter for the rest of the month before returning it to cancel future payments.
