What if my All-Access scooter breaks down?
If you have an issue with your scooter, we’ve got you covered! We’ll pay for return shipping and send you a replacement - just contact us and we'll send you instructions. All you’ll need to do is pack your scooter and drop off the box at a FedEx location or schedule an at-home pickup. In cases of severe damage due to user negligence, a damage fee may apply. For simple maintenance issues, we might be able to offer you a faster resolution by sending you a replacement part and instructions to repair your scooter.
