For scooters purchased from a dealership within the US, with proof of purchase, we will accept valid warranty claims.
For scooters purchased outside of the US, please inquire with the place of purchase first. It's likely that they will be able to provide a faster resolution. If the dealer is unable to help, then we will cover valid warranty claims with proof of purchase.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for purchases made with third parties; those are provided only from the place of purchase. We can only offer refunds on items purchased directly from Unagi.
