What is your return and warranty policy? What if my scooter breaks down?
If you purchase a scooter directly from us, you have a 30 day period to return the scooter for any reason, even if it has been ridden. Simply contact us for a return shipping label. (Please note the 30 day return policy does not apply to All-Access).
If you encounter any issues after 30 days, please see our warranty policy and reach out to us for support. We will need to know the serial number of your scooter (this can be found on the original packaging or underneath the scooter), the mileage, and any information that you think could help us. Providing us with a video and/or photos of the issue will help us troubleshoot much faster, which will expedite the resolution process.
