If I buy a scooter as a gift, will the recipient know the cost?

No, as long as the recipient is in the US. Our domestic shipments include only a packing slip but no invoicing with pricing information.

If the recipient lives outside the US, we'll provide a commercial invoice for customs clearance along with your package which does display the value of the item.

Is there a way to conceal the contents of the scooter package when shipped?

No, we don't have a way to disguise our packages but the contents are not immediately obvious. The exterior box is plain brown with large Unagi insignia. Only after inspecting a small label on the side would one learn that a scooter is inside.
