What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Once orders are sent to our fulfillment centers for processing, there is significant complexity to carry out updates. For this reason, modifications and cancellations may incur extra fees or might not be possible, but we will always do our best to accommodate. If you need to modify your order or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If you want to cancel before receiving your scooter, please contact us immediately and keep in mind it will only be possible if your scooter has not yet been processed. When reaching out to us to update your order, please put "address change" or "color change" in the subject line, along with your order number.
